A matcha grade specifically designed for Cáfes and Baristas, Our Barista Grade Matcha pairs beautifully with milk, lattes and café-style beverages. This grade, made from Okumidori and Yabukita blend, is sourced from the hills of Uji and is harvested in Autumn. Owing to controlled shading to preserve boldness and structure, it offers a rich aroma and balanced bitterness that goes well with cáfe menus.

Preparation

Place one tea scoop (1g) of Matcha into a bowl.
Pour hot water (80°C, not boiling) gently over the Matcha.
Whisk it with Kissaten’s bamboo chasen until frothy.
Savour the Matcha straight from the bowl.
