Our matcha is sourced from Uji and Kagoshima- regions at the heart of Japan’s tea heritage. We work directly with a network of small, generational farms, built on relationships that have grown over time. Our matcha is shade-grown to bring out its deep green colour and natural sweetness, then hand-picked and stone-ground in small batches.
Every step is done with intention.
